Bookings

To secure your booking, a card confirmation is required. If your appointment is not confirmed, it may be subject to cancellation.

Refunds

At Koda we strive for the best and pride ourself in thew quality of our work. In saying this we understand in rare cases someone may not be 100% happy with their results. Whilst a service refund is not possible, we will happily offer a complimentary review service within 7 days of the initial appointment. We do not offer complimentary change of mind services.

Clothing & Apparel

When applying colour, we do our best to avoid any damage to your items by carefully covering you up with a gown & towel. However, we always advise our clients to avoid wearing valuable or expensive items to the salon as a precaution. KODA are not responsible for any damage to clothing & items.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
