Online store terms

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include applicable Australian taxes unless stated otherwise. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. An order is accepted when KODA confirms it for fulfilment; if an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurred, we may cancel and refund the affected item.

Delivery and return terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you place an order, create an account, contact a salon, submit a form or subscribe to KODA news. This can include your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing details, order history and messages.

We may also collect device, browser, IP address, cookie and website usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the site. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; KODA does not store full card numbers on this website.

How information is used & shared

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide salon or customer support, prevent fraud, maintain accounts, comply with law and improve KODA services.

Information may be shared with service providers that support payments, delivery, hosting, email and analytics, only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information where required by law. KODA does not sell customer or newsletter contact details.

Newsletter choices

KODA sends marketing email only when you ask to subscribe. We use confirmed double opt-in, so you must follow the confirmation link before joining the list. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional messages about an order or account may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.

Access, correction & retention

You may ask to access or correct personal information KODA holds about you, or request deletion where it is not required for an active order, security, accounting or legal obligation. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout or account features from working correctly.
